Blue Fox was never a legally licensed Nevada brothel; “Blue Fox” was the CB handle of a madam at Donna’s Ranch. In the late 90s, a welcome booth with a sign on it was placed at the entrance of Wells’ red light district. This touched off what the local newspaper referred to as “Brothel Wars”. After several months of boundary disputes and litigation, the issue was resolved and now there is peace and harmony in the valley on cat house alley.
