The original Chicken Ranch opened as a bingo hall in 1985, at 16929 Chicken Ranch Road.
The bingo hall became a casino when slot machines were added in 2000.
In 2019, it expanded to 600 slot machines, 9 table games, and a 900-seat bingo hall. In 2024, a new Chicken Ranch Casino Resort opened at a new address with a 9-story hotel, spa, five restaurants, 900 slot machines, and 14 tables games.
