Manufactured" Mid 1940s
The manufacturer was an established 1940’s era company most well known for creating detailed composite display signs for various industries across the country, but in the 50s, the company made paper cardboard chips which were highly used in backroom card rooms during the era of illegal gaming. There was "no clinking of chips" to alert outsiders.
NOTE — A full box contained four colors — White, Blue, Yellow, Red and Black.
