Note: Casino was heavenly damage by Hurricane Maria that ravished the Phillipsburg Beach area destroying or severely damaging hotels and business in its path. Rouge Et Noir lost half of its slot machines and all the table games including all the chips to high water. All existing chips were lost and casino re-opened the front half with new slot machines. New chips ordered and are used in a limited number of tables until construction is completed later 2018.
Previously known as the Seaview Casino in the Seaview Hotel — which is heavily boarded and closed.
